This "partially rhinestoned" grad cap topper includes a rhinestone University of Delaware logo with a blue glitter background and rhinestone border that measures 9.5" x 9.5" to fit any standard graduation cap. Topper comes with an adhesive backing for easy application to the top of your graduation cap.
