I know I want a custom grad cap topper, but don’t know where to start. Can you help?
Yes, please fill out my custom order form with your basic information and I will provide mockup designs for you to pick and choose from.
How can I secure a spot for a custom grad cap topper?
Once you’ve filled out the custom order form, I will send the link to pay a non-refundable deposit (or you can pay it here). Paying this deposit will secure your spot in my queue. The $50 will be deducted from the total cost of your custom order once we’ve finalized your design.
How much does a custom grad cap topper cost?
Prices vary depending on what elements you’d like to include in your design, but you can get a sense of pricing here in my pricing guide. Once you’ve completed your custom order form and paid the deposit, I will get back to you with mockups and the associated pricing.
I have a specific budget for my grad cap, can you work with that?
Of course! Please let me know if you have a price range/budge you’d like to stay within when you fill out the custom order form. When I am working on your mockups I will provide designs within your budget.
Do you supply the grad cap?
I do not. However if you would me to include it in your order I can for an additional $10.
Can you copy this exact design?
Unfortunately I will not create an exact replica of another artist’s work. However, I’d be happy to use it as inspiration for your own custom design. If you’d like me to recreate a design I’ve done in the past I am happy to do so, but ask that it is again slightly altered to be customized to you.
How long does it take you to make my grad cap?
Production time is about 1 week. However I work on grad caps in the order that full payment is received. So it could take a up to 2-3 months to fulfill your order depending on where you end up in my order queue.
I need my grad cap next week are you able to do this?
Yes, however a hefty rush fee will be applied. All orders needed in hand within less than one month will have a rush fee applied.
Do I have to mail you my grad cap?
No, the custom rhinestone grad cap topper I create has an adhesive backing and can be attached to your grad cap.
I don’t have my grad cap in hand yet, is that ok?
No problem, the custom rhinestone grad cap topper I create has an adhesive backing and can be attached to your grad cap once you have it in hand.
How do I attach this to my grad cap?
Each grad cap topper has a permanent adhesive backing. Simply peel off the paper backing on and align with the edges of your grad cap. Make sure grad cap topper is properly oriented, then press down firmly.
Will I still be able to attach my tassel?
Yes, a new tassel button will be built into the rhinestone grad cap topper.
Will you send me updates?
Yes, once I start on your order, updates will be sent to the email provided when you filled out your custom order form.
Will the rhinestones come off? How fragile is it?
This is a handmade item and is not intended to be thrown around or tossed in the air/fall to the ground from a great height. Please take care when handling. However if rhinestones do fall off, extra stones are included with each order.
What if I don’t like the final design? Do you accept returns?
No I do not accept returns. All sales are final and I will not start on an order until the final mockup has been approved by you.
What happens if I rented my cap and gown?
Please do not attach a rhinestone grad cap topper to your rented cap. The adhesive backing is a permanent adhesive and any attempts to remove the topper from the cap will result in damaging the topper itself.
Are there any discounts?
No discounts are provided, however I do have a rewards program where you can earn up to $100 in Visa gift cards.
