This "partially rhinestoned" grad cap topper includes a rhinestone UCLA logo with a blue shimmer background, double rhinestone border and measures 9.5" x 9.5" to fit any standard graduation cap. Topper comes with an adhesive backing for easy application to the top of your graduation cap.
